- In case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order. Otherwise you can use any agency you wish.
The return costs are charged by the company only in case of our mistake or defective product. In any other case, the costs of return shipping and initial delivery are borne by the customer.
For your wish to return the products you bought from our online store, you must notify us in writing at info@cosmogent.com with the subject “Order Return Application” stating the date / number of the purchase document within the above deadline. Provided that you receive written return approval from Cosmogent, the address to which the products to be returned must be sent: Protogenous 48, 54351, Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, etc.). The provisions of the Civil Code apply to the treatment of defects or deficiencies of contracted properties in the items sold. In order for a property to be considered contracted, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties. In case of return of the products and accordingly, on the one hand with the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand with the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The refund can be made by crediting your account to Cosmogent. This Convention does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.
